Donc, au centre de la ville, place Velotte, sangliers et pièces de bœuf sont cuits à la broche avec huîtres, vin chaud et autres boissons en accompagnement.

At the Place Velotte in the centre of town, wild boar and sides of beef are cooked on a barbeque and accompanied by oysters, mulled wine and a host of other drinks. Treats, cakes and hot drinks are served at kiosks all over town.
