Au terme du présent contrat, le SGS INTRON s’engage à restituer à ALIAPUR l’ensemble des échantillons et/ou produits issus des tests et mesures, objet des présentes.

At the end of this contract, SGS INTRON agrees to return all samples and/or products derived from tests and measurements conducted under the terms herein, to ALIAPUR.

Lorsque, conformément au premier paragraphe du présent article, le conseil général est invité à présenter ses observations, il lui est accordé un délai raisonnable, qui ne peut être inférieur à dix jours ouvrables.

Whenever the General Council is requested to submit observations under the first paragraph of this Article, it shall be given a reasonable period of time within which to do so, which may not be less than ten working days.
