Le gymnaste tiniote et avocat, Xénophon Sohos, prit l’initiative de l’organisation de ces jeux. Après le refus de l’Association Panhellénique de Gymnastique, l’Association Nationale de Gymnastique accepta de financer cette entreprise.

The Tinian gymnast and lawyer Xenophon Sohos had the initiative for the organization of those Games. After the refusal of the Pan-Hellenic Gymnastic Association, the National Gymnastic Association accepted to sponsor the enterprise.
