We know all this and we also deplore the British Presidency for believing it could express, without even a formal meeting of the General Affairs Council, its national prejudices and thereby stress the vacuity of the diplomacy of the Union.

Nous savons tout cela et nous déplorons aussi que la présidence britannique ait cru pouvoir exprimer, sans même une réunion formelle du Conseil « affaires générales », son préjugé national, et souligner ainsi la vacuité de la diplomatie de l' Union.
