Forms of public intervention, be they tax advantages or direct subsidies, must not, however, influence what types of subsidy are approved nor the permitted intensity of aid granted.

Les formes de l’intervention publique, qu’il s’agisse d’allègements fiscaux ou de subventions directes, ne doivent toutefois pas avoir d’effets sur la décision d’autoriser certains types d’aides ni de plafonner leur intensité.

The subsidy shall be granted only on products containing, to the exclusion of any other product, a percentage of the product for which the subsidy application is made of not less than 95 %.

La subvention n'est accordée qu'à des produits contenant, à l'exclusion de tout autre produit, un pourcentage du produit qui fonde la demande de subvention non inférieur à 95 %.
