Abstract: 2,5-Dideoxystreptamine (11) was synthesized via the cyclic hydrazine intermediate 10, itself obtained by reaction of the cis-1,4-diepoxycyclohexane (7) with hydrazine.

Résumé : On a synthétisé la didéoxy-2,5 streptamine (11) par l'intermédiaire de l'hydrazine cyclique 10 qui a elle même été obtenue par réaction du diépoxy-1,4 cyclohexane cis (7) avec de l'hydrazine.
