For the purposes of heading No 3105, the term 'other fertilizers` applies only to products of a kind used as fertilizers and containing, as an essential constituent, at least one of the fertilizing elements nitrogen, phosphorus or potassium.

Au sens du n° 3105, l'expression « autres engrais » ne couvre que les produits des types utilisés comme engrais, contenant en tant que constituants essentiels au moins un des éléments fertilisants : azote, phosphore ou potassium.
