Jede Werbung, die eine Anforderung zum Erwerb von Anteilen eines OGAW enthält, muß auf das Vorhandensein eines Prospekts hinweisen sowie die Stellen bezeichnen, wo dieser Prospekt für das Publikum erhältlich ist.
