Die erteilende Behörde behält zwei Abschriften und übergibt das Original und eine Abschrift dem Antragsteller.

The issuing authority shall keep two copies and give the original and one copy to the applicant.

Ist eine Rechnung vorgelegt worden, so wird sie oder eine Abschrift davon dem Ursprungszeugnis oder der Ausfuhrlizenz bzw. der Abschrift davon beigefügt.
